01About these terms

By using atxfreightcorp.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms cover the website only; shipments are governed by the separate agreement, rate confirmation or bill of lading for that load.

02We are a freight broker

ATX Freight Corp is a freight broker and arranges transportation. It is not a motor carrier and does not itself haul freight. Freight is moved by independent motor carriers.

03Quotes and estimates

Distances and transit times shown on the site, including the route console, are rough estimates based on straight-line distance with a road factor and typical driver hours of service. They are not rates, commitments or delivery guarantees. A quote is not binding until we confirm the details with you in writing.

04Your submissions

Information you send through our forms must be accurate and complete, including commodity, weight, dimensions and special handling needs. You agree not to submit unlawful, harmful or misleading content, or to use the site to attempt unauthorized access or interfere with its operation.

05Carriers

Submitting a carrier sign-up does not guarantee freight or an onboarding approval. Carriers must hold active operating authority, required insurance and any other documents we request before hauling for us.

06Intellectual property

The ATX name, logo, site design, text and media belong to ATX Freight Corp or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except for normal personal browsing.

07No warranty and limits of liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATX is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
