01Who we are

ATX Freight Corp (“ATX”, “we”) is a freight broker. We arrange transportation for shippers and work with motor carriers. This policy covers atxfreightcorp.com (the “site”).

02What we collect

We only collect what you send us through the site’s two forms:

• Quote requests: company, your name, email, phone, service, pickup and delivery locations, pickup date, commodity, approximate weight and any notes you add.
• Carrier sign-ups: company, contact name, email, phone, MC and USDOT numbers, number of trucks, home base, equipment types and preferred lanes.

When a form is submitted we also record technical details that come with the request: IP address, country, browser user-agent string and the time of submission. We use these to prevent abuse and to understand where requests come from.

The route console on the home page runs in your browser. The cities you pick there are not sent to us unless you submit the form.

03How we use it

• To respond to your quote request or finish carrier onboarding.
• To arrange and manage shipments you ask us to book.
• To keep the site secure and stop spam.
• To meet legal, tax, insurance and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

04Cookies and analytics

The site does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not load third-party trackers. Fonts, scripts and media are served from our own domain. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process standard request logs (such as IP address and user-agent) to deliver and protect the site.

05Where it is stored and who sees it

Form submissions are stored in Cloudflare’s infrastructure and may be forwarded to an internal inbox or business tool so our team can respond. We share information with carriers, shippers and service providers only as needed to move a shipment or run the business, and when required by law.

06How long we keep it

We keep submissions for as long as needed to respond to you, perform our services and satisfy business and legal record-keeping requirements, then delete or anonymise them.

07Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you submitted. Residents of some states have additional rights under local privacy laws; we will honor valid requests as required.
